Track your mood in a mood journal, analyze the patterns that emerge, identify emotional triggers, and understand yourself better with every passing day. To feel better, you might need to eliminate certain stressors – but first, you must learn to identify them.
You can find the mood journal at the bottom menu of the Sensa app. To track your mood:
- Tap the + button at the bottom right or the day in the past in the calendar that you want to log.
- Choose from the scale what would best describe how you're feeling.
- On the next page, describe what made you feel so.
- Tap Submit.
