You can choose from various different Sensa plans: Self-Esteem, Procrastination, Fatigue & Exhaustion, ADHD, Social Anxiety, Burnout, Stress & Anxiety.
To change your plan, follow these steps:
- Open the Sensa app.
- Navigate to the Home session.
- Scroll down to My plan and click your current plan.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click Change plan.
- Select the plan you want and confirm your choice.
