If the login details seem incorrect, please try the Forgot Password? option on the Login screen. Enter your email address and click Send a password reset email. Make sure to use the email you entered when signing up for Sensa.
Follow the instructions you'll receive in your email. If you can't see the letter, please check the Spam, Updates, and Promotions folders.
Once you have changed your password, try to log into your account in the app.
